OCIA is Adult faith formation and sacramental preparation for those seeking to be fully initiated into the Catholic Church by Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation. Our OCIA program runs year-round.

Digging Deeper into the Sunday Mass Readings
Sundays, 10:00 a.m. (after 9:00 a.m. Mass) ┃ Padre Pio Room
Join a small group study to read, listen, pray, reflect, and share ways God’s Word relates to our everyday lives. Talking about our faith brings clarity. Hearing what others have to say brings insight.
The Church “forcefully and specifically exhorts all the Christian faithful to learn “the surpassing knowledge of Jesus Christ,” by frequent reading of the divine Scriptures. “Ignorance of the Scriptures is ignorance of Christ”. CCC 133

Men's and Women's Studies
Iron Sharpens Iron Men’s Group
Fridays, 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. ┃ Zoom
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17
Iron Sharpens Iron allows men to grow in faith through friendships with other men. This group meets every Friday morning for one hour, both by zoom and in person, for a presentation and then small group discussion. Led by Deacon Tom Piccone.

In “The Second Greatest Story Ever Told”, Fr. Michael Gaitley reveals St. John Paul II’s witness for our time. Building on the prophetic voices of Margaret Mary Alacoque, Therese of Lisieux, Maximilian Kolbe, and Faustina Kowalska, “The Second Greatest Story Ever Told” expounds on the profound connection between Divine Mercy and Marian consecration. It serves as an inspiration for all those who desire to bear witness to the mercy of God, focused on Christ and formed by Mary.
Walking with Purpose Bible Study for Women
Thursdays, 6:30 p.m.
This year we are reading and working through Grounded in Hope, based on the book of Hebrews, that will help you encounter Jesus in such a powerful, comforting, and stabilizing way that He will become your lifeline.
Hebrews contains some of the most beautiful passages you’ll find in Scripture. It will comfort you and challenge you. Every word of it has a treasure to mine, and those who are willing to make the effort will be richly rewarded.
